Theres a shop in Glasgow thats always getting shut down and reopened for selling such things. Its called The Jolly Roger on Argylle street near the art galleries. Its never opened when i have passed but according to my friend the guy paints a mobile number and time to call on the wall outside ! I think its hysterical !! The trusty "barras" is better.

One would guess the Barras market in Glasgow at the weekend. Word has it you can buy *anything* there if you try hard enough.

Oh, I'm not agreeing with the post btw, trying to be humourous. Buy the software legally or download a free trial to tide you over for 30 days if poss!!

You can not expect anyone to give you the address or place to go for Pirated software in a room like this, that would be stupid.

If you want something for nothing all you have to do is look for torrents or try p2p get a torrent like bitlord then go to a torrent site like www.mininova .com

You should consider swappin to linux. Most distributions have all the software you can think of, and installing and maintaining is no more difficult than windows. Give it a chance, it won` t cost you a penny and you`ll be legally happy.

Why pay - its pirated so you can't register or update it. You can't get technical support and you can't guarantee its spyware free.

For most programs there's a legitimate freeware alternative, stick to those. I don't know what you want but here's a few;

http://www.sys-shield.com - AbsoluteShield File Shredder
http://heidi.ie/eraser - Eraser file shredder
http://www.openoffice.org - freeware office suite
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ -Audacity music tool.
http://www.ejay.com - music making program
http://www.eecs.wsu.edu/paint.net/ -Paint.net Paint with layers.
http://www.irfanview.com - useful graphics tool
http://www.download.com/Deep-Paint/3000-2191_4-10398243.html - Deep Paint
http://www.gimp.org - Like Photoshop 7
http://www.inkscape.org - vector image tool

Try searching;
http://www.download.com
http://www.tucows.com
http://www.filehippo.com

for the type of software you want, or post on here.
