My daughter is stuck in her car in the middle of a flood on a country road again. I have gone to help her plenty times before and I'm just sick of it now. I think she is trying to brown me off. She is 35 with two children for Christ sake. What do I do leave her or rescue her ...once again. I'm tired after doing a late night shift.

I seriously doubt any of our answers will make the difference. She is your daughter and it's my guess you will always go and pick her up. The problem is she knows that too. You have to make her understand she is a grown woman with kids of her own now. She needs to be more responsible. Good luck from one mother to another

well. Christ has nothing to do with it. But she's your daughter. Just go rescue her and your grandchildren. and let her know that you can't keep doing it, and you are just sick of it and tell her to move or something! and what the hell does Brown you off mean? You should think better of your daughter.

Tell he to put the car in first gear and use the starter in short bursts, this will jump her out of the flood

Tell her that this time she will have to rescue herself because you are at home looking after her children. Oh yes...the other thing to tell her is don't drive into floods!

you cannot be serious.why don`t you tell her to look after her own children and if she gets stuck in the car again with her boyfriend refuse to go to her.tell her to get the boyfriend to do something even if it is only calling the AA.

No don't call 911 as this does not work in the UK. Try 999 instead.

Best of Luck ( but if your luck does not hold, come back and ask us how to dry out car interia's)

Tell her to buy a landrover with a snorkel, won't happen ever again, lol.

Seriously, if your tired, tell her so and get a recovery truck (she's paying!)
