rash on stomach that itches,burns,clears then returns

If it looks kind of like little red pimples it might be rosacea, but if it was I don't think it would clear up completely... it could also be a rash whether it was something you're eating that you're mildly allergic to or the soap you wash your face with. Your body changes every 7 years or so, people develope new allergies all the time not to mention that the skin on your face is one of the most sensitive skin on your body.

It is probably some sort of allergic reaction...if it is ONLY on your stomach.
Go to the doctor.

Depends on size and duration....
I would guess allergic reaction though....
