I would not trust anything. I just use fresh water and drink it too. It helps me alot.

First wash your face with a gentle face wash, then dab the problem areas with a cotton swab soaked in the Witch Hazel. You'll notice after a week that you're face is clearer.

First of all, I'd stop picking those red spots.
I wouldn't use any weird stuff on it like witch hazel, just use an antibaterical bar soap and a washcloth. That's all you need.

I'm sure you can, it's just like and astringent. But i'm afraid it'll dry your face out and like more oil and acne will come up. So have lotion on hand in case, good luck. and don't pick your acne, it'll leave ugly scars.

yes you can but it may not clear your acne, its just trial and error as to which suits your skin type. eat sensbly lots of veg and fruit and drink lots of water

yes hazel is good after you clean your face - dont use harsh soaps .Noxema , clean and clear and dove soap are all good for your face kiddo!
