1. Get a video recorder or use your webcam or a single tape recorder.
2. push start in rec mode and start recording early morning.
3. make sure there always is a recordable tape or disc activated.
4. this way you will have a register of every word you pronounce.
5 MAIN POINT. Pronounce with your voice EVERY THOUGHT so that it be recorded. All you would say to a doctor tell it to the recorder. Try to do this at least for 10 minutes firsrt day.
6. Listen your own words. DO nothing else.
7. Ask again.
8. If you were able to do this for at least three days. you are in the correct way. Then advance from ten minutes to 30. And go on.

Contact your local city sites. However, I doubt that you can get a psychiatrist for free. Those are very expensive, about $250 per hour. Try a psychologist first-

Most states have some kind of government-funded mental health facility that will base your fee (if any) on your ability to pay. Look under mental health or counselling, or contact your city government or a parole officer and ask. They should know. Good luck.
