I'll give it my best shot! Here goes nothing......

As the rain came down
I knew the world would never be the same
My tears could drown
He always made things go the right way
When he left me
No one and nothing stayed the same
I quietly dropped to one knee
And there I prayed, talking to him
I do everyday
Now I know that I'll be okay
Because he's in my heart every night and day

I hope that makes you feel a little better, that same thing has happened to me, and I came up with that at his funeral. Just letting you know your never alone.

The sun shone out through Grandad's eyes
He was silly and precious and funny and wise
He thought I was so smart at two and a half
He'd wink and we'd cuddle and have laugh after laugh.

Love shone bright from Grandad's face
So I stand and remember, here in this place
A great man he was and I'm happy I had
My wonderful and loving and treasured Grandad

I members my granpappy
Sittin' on his knee
Playin' wit my toys
While he laff at me

He jiggle and he wabble
While's I bounce up 'n down
But now dat he gone
I sits wid a frown

My soul be hurtin'
My toys be broke
I miss my granpappy
N dat aint no joke

I looks to the sky
I looks at a tree
I looks all round
But he right here wid me

Wid his 'ol grey head
N his tow up shoes
I'd bring him back
If I gits to choose

But he in heaven
He watch wid a grin
He see my kids
My famly n frins

One day I go
N be by his side
Wid his big 'ol smile
N his arms open wide

But right now i'm sad
It so hard to be happy
I miss my friend
My 'ol granpappy

It is interesting - that a phantom would find ambiguity. Perhaps he was abandoned - because when he spoke - his words were too vague. Many were uncertain of their meaning - they raised too many questions. So when he spoke - his words caused headaches of non-clarity - and were too hard to understand. After a time - no one cared [or wanted to work that hard to understand] ♥

Very Sorry for your loss! <3 I was very close to my grandparents too..believe me. But now they have all passed..and sometimes I still grieve. Honestly I think you should write something from your heart..possibly about their life..and what they meant to you. It doesn't have to rhyme or anything..lol..wow I hope you feel better!! I'll pray for you and your family* God Bless <3

im not too good on these things but you could find some really nice song lyrics, sometimes they say what you want to say in better words....i know how you feel, on nov 5 it will be a year since my nan died, i always write a letter to her and it makes me feel better. remember though he is always with you, and knows how much you love him x x
