Do you mean "What they mean in Chinese" or "How do you say them in Chinese"?
If it is the first question, I'm sorry, I don't know. All I know is that in China, red represents birth, life, joy, properity, holiness. Black, in the imperial days, represents royalty and preciousness. Usually the emperor's gown is made of black silk with gold and red patterns of dragons.
Green probably also means something of treasure, because jade is green.
White represents death.
If you want to know how to say them:
purple -- zi se
orange -- cheng se
green-- qing se
blue-- lan se
pink-- fen hong se

most oriental tongues are poor with colour. they don't tell green from blue, they use the same word for both colors:
kok in turkish, ao in japanese. it's astonishing - they are so smart in arts!
