All the attorney is going to do is take a fee, and you will still be guilty, right? Sorry, but there was a choice to not break the law, it isn't as if you took an uninsured vehicle to drive an injured person to emergency to save a life. You have to plead guilty. do you have the option of guilty with an explanation? We have that here, and it allows you to throw yourself at the mercy of the court, and the court to use discretion in applying punishment.

Maybe you should pay your ticket and then get auto insurance. A basic policy is cheap. It doesn't matter how far you're driving, it's still breaking the law. I don't think you need an attorney. I think you need common sense.

Save your money for the fines!!! An attorney cant help you when there is NO court accepted excuse for no insurance. No, they cant take your license for just no insurance. If you were drunk, caused an accident and had no insurance - that is another matter!

If Ohio has a mandatory ins law, they can and probably will take your license. You dont need an attorney, you need ins and money to pay the fine.
Been there done that.
