If actions are treasonable its the dpp in england and pf in scotland but remember disagreeing with you is not treason so if you are sure file a complaint with your local police enjoy your padded cell.

This sounds like a good question, but is, in fact, ignorant.

Britain has never had a treacherous government for Centuries.

Treason is conspiring to overthrow the State, and therefore no Government is going to conspire to overthrow itself. Treason by Government only existed in the days of Absolute Monarchy when people like Oliver Cromwell plotted, and succeeded, in overthrowing King Charles I.

Additionally, a Government acts in the name of the Monarch, and therefore, legally, it would be the Queen who was committing treason, unless the acts were against her personally (i.e. trying to overthrow her).

The only way in which a Government could technically commit treason today is if it suddenly decided to pass a Bill saying "hey we are going to scrap General Elections and stay in power for ever". The chances of them ever getting such a Bill through both the House of Commons and the House of Lords are so remote as it's not even worth considering.

Oh, and next time you ask a question, maybe you could get a dictionary and actually spell the question correctly. It's "responsible" and "investigating" - perhaps you should try remedial English lessons.

There is no department that will do this. It"s like the Police, Policing themselves, it just does not work. The only option for the Public, is by way of the Ballot Box.
