When I use my George Foreman grill I always put something under the front to prop it up and make it even with the back. That way all the juices stay in it, try it and you will love it.

My rule of thumb is 2, 2, 4, 4. Heat a saute pan with a little oil and pat of butter. Sear the steak on high heat for 2 mins. flip and sear for another 2 mins. Reduce heat to medium and finish one side for 4 mins flip and do the other side for 4 mins. (2244). This works best for a steak that is 1 inch thick and will always come out medium rare and very moist. Remember to let the steak rest for a coupld of mins to let the juices stay in the product.

Here's a couple of ideas for you ---

BROILED ITALIAN-STYLE T-BONE STEAKS

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 15 Minutes
Ready In: about 25 Minutes
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 T-Bone Steaks (or whichever steaks you have)
2 garlic cloves chopped finely
1/3 cup fresh basil
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. In a medium bowl, grind the chopped garlic cloves and basil into a paste.
3. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and tomato paste; beat in olive oil.
4. Place the T-Bone Steaks on a broiling pan.
5. Broil the T-Bone steaks on one side for 4 to 5 minutes for rare, or 5 to 7 minutes for medium; turn steak and broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes for rare or 3 to 4 minutes for medium.
6. Remove the T-Bone Steaks and spread each steak with Parmesan cheese mixture, return to broiler for an additional 1 1/2 minutes; then serve.

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

1. Start with good beef such as Rib Eye.
2. Shave the beef very thin so it cooks quickly and remains tender.
3. Use a fresh high quality Italian roll - Amoroso’s is a favorite.
4. Decide if you want your steak with or without fried onions.
5. Decide if you want a steak or a cheesesteak. If you elect a cheesesteak you need to decide on American cheese, provolone or the Philly favorite "cheez whiz".
6. Any add-ons? Mushrooms, peppers, pizza sauce, tomatoes? You decide. It’s your sandwich.
7. Start to cook. Sauté the onions, peppers and mushrooms until soft.
8. Fry your steak until brown but not crispy or burned. You can mix in the fried vegetables now or add them at the end.
9. If you elect American cheese or provolone place the cheese on the meat until slightly melted. If you choose Cheez Whiz just smear it on the roll.
10. Place the roll over the meat/cheese/vegetables and scoop it into the sandwich.
11. Garnish your sandwich with pizza sauce, hot or sweet peppers or pickles as you choose.
12. Enjoy your Philadelphia cheesesteak.

Marinate your steak 4 abt 10 mins in the following:
(I usually liquidise everything into a fine paste)

2 cloves of garlic
one red or green chillie
salt
finely crushed black pepper
3 tablespoons of milk
a dash of olive oil

heat a non stick fry pan and add abt a teaspoon of butter. let the butter sizzle then wipe the pan clean with a dry cloth/ kitchen towel.

Remove the meat from the marinade and dry grill it on the pan til done to your likeness, taking care not to pierce it.
Remove meat from pan add marinade, allow to simmer for abt a minute and serve it on the side as a dipping sauce or over the steak

Serve with loads of french fries, sauce of your choice, stir fried mushrooms, crusty bread rolls and salad.

Enjoy!

Season, and Broil on the bottom of your oven..if it has the broiler under the stove, if not put the oven shelf up high, and add a container of water on the bottom for steam..juicy and yummy, not as good as grilling but hey, it works!

Just don't close the lid. That should keep it like a real grill.

Put it in a marinade or put a tbs of butter on top while it grills.
