The anti-Christ doesn't really show up during a trumpet. He just appears, which is why we don't know when or whom. Same thing for the Rapture. God does not specify when we will be gathered up in a great cloud of witnesses. I hope and pray that it is before all the tribulations start because I know that I would NOT want to be here for those. As cool as it would seem to be like a martyr, there's a point where I can only handle so much violence and life of fear.

The article at the first link below explains the trumpets and other verses in Revelation better than I can.
With regard to comments people are posting here and on other questions about the rapture, the idea that the rapture will occur before the tribulation is unbiblical. The rapture will occur AFTER the tribulation but BEFORE the wrath of God.

The rapture is part of the church age which is out of the way before the time of Jacob's trouble (Tribulation) begins. I don't think that the anti-christ appears with a trumpet, he comes in as a beast with a woman riding on his back. My belief is that the woman is the catholic church who is in control of the beast when he comes on the scene, but he turns on her and destroys her.
There were many trumpets in the Old Testament. The trumpet at Christ's rapture would be the Trumpet of Assembly.

Last time I looked, any scriptural basis for the rapture had disappeared, and left us all behind.

Read the book of Revelation I think in the 11th or 12th chapters or farther from that.

I think the Rapture comes before that. Before judgement begins. (i.e. before the opening of the first seal.)
