to some, weight loss takes time. make sure that you combine exercise with diet. the more you don't eat but still exercise, it lowers your metabolism making you gaining weight more. like a yo-yo. you're thin today, fat tomorrow then thin again. ive battled with the weight loss thing and reached the point i've desired but temporary. i gained the pounds back. being anorexic is not good. you have to eat because if you don't, unhealthy mind and body suck! you will also have more health problems in the future. it can damage your heart in the long run. in the past, i almost become bulimic... i intentionally threw up my food. i'm so obssessed on looking better. i even tried diet pills and stuff. i've tried all stuff to lose weight. some were effective. people say i look fine but i don't think i am and i kept on trying. one day, i ended up in the emergency room because i was trying so hard to lose weight in the wrong way because i want it to be faster. half of my body froze. if i were you, consult a nutritionist so that someone is there to guide you step by step. join some sport, go with your friends so you won't get bored and stop. those would be healthier and results are not just temporary. anorexia when overdo, you need to seek help seriously that is much worse than losing 15 lbs. it's not just unhealthy BUT dangerous.

Stop eating cookies and chips. They contribute to the bulge. You are skinny, but out of condition and with poor eating habits. Nothing healthy will change at the rate you are going.
First start drinking water. Get up and drink two glasses before you do anything else. Buy water at lunch time and drink two bottles then unless you have early lunch and no opportunity for a bathroom break. Drink two glasses as soon as you come home. Drink two glasses before it is the time you go to bed. Hydrating your system will flush out a lot of fat- the bulge.
Get some yogurt in the house. Have a cup of yogurt or a smoothie in the morning. No cookies.
Move your fattening item that you do not seem to avoid to the lunch time hour until you get it under control. That will give more waking hours to burn it off. Add some exercise to your afternoon. Walk a mile, ride a mile or two on a bike. Go to the Y.
Good luck. Build a positive image. Anorexics are dying by the boat load. Do not go down that road.

Sounds like you're starving yourself. In which case, your body will shut part of itself down, to avoid your doing just that.
I suggest you go back to eating normally -
breakfast - possible mid morning snack - lunch - snack - dinner - and a snack before bedtime.
Look at some of the diets planned for those with diabetes - type 2 (which is what I have).. but do not go under 1200 calories! EVER!! 1500 calories is best..
what you do need to do is become more physical - find a gym and work out, or get into some sort of training. Enjoy what you're doing..
Now that it seems as if your body has begun to shut down - attempting to save itself from starving - it may take a bit longer for you to begin to see any weight loss.. but luv, eat healthy, be active.. and begin to enjoy your life! The weight may begin to come off naturally..
Try swimming at your local YMCA.. do some of their exercise programs with water.. easier on your muscles, but oh so effective!

Well, it's not neccessarily about eating less. When you eat less, then eat something big, you can gain a lot of weight because your body will then immediately store it as fat as a back up source of energy. Just either A) space out smaller meals, or B) Eat two meals a day(Breakfast and dinner, and a good portion), and work out afterwards if possible

Stop eating if you want to become anorexic and dead. If you want to lose weight eat more veggies and fruit then anything else. Cut out all chips and cookies. All fats and processed flours and sugars. Drink water. Cut the soda. Eat whole grain foods and breads but limit your bread intake. Sweets should be a rare thing. Replace your sweets with fruit.

Ummm you need to keep eating. Go to a counselor instead. First off anorexic girls aren't more attractive. 1)their skin begins to get really dry and sallow.2)body hair thickens 3)your period stops 4)You will still think part of you is fat even if you weigh 90 pounds. 5)If you are really suffering from an eating disorder it's a combo of body image issues and cotrol issues....Hell I could just go on but if you are foolish enough to try something like this then know you could very well go to far and die.

hon, you just said you know you're not fat. See a counselor before your body image gets out of control.
Anorexia hurts.
HURTS.
You are wanting to lose weight for the wrong reasons, because you said you know you're not fat.
Losing weight won't change that feeling, trust me.
My body still hurts now, even 4 years after I stopped being ana/bulimic.
Go vegan if you want to feel better about what you eat. That's helped me and several people I know. You feel better about yourself, too.

Replace the cookies & chips with apples, oranges, or bananas.
Take long brisk walks.
Make fresh fruit & veggies the majority of what you eat...and MEASURE portion sizes!!!
Did you know that a HALF CUP is the proper serving for ice cream, potatoes, and rice? Most people eat 3 TIMES that because they don't measure!

You definitely do not want to be anorexic you can die. Anorexics eat and puke. They look in a mirror and do not see reality, they still think they are fat, that is why it is considered a mental disorder.
