Take a breadstick ( pilsbury bake yourself) and add a piece of red bell pepper to make witches fingers
bake cookies and just let her decorate give her lots of icing and sprinkles (FUNFUNFUN!!!)

Every day, my five kids and I have a special time where we bake or make a snack to share with their daddy when he gets home. I am a sort of stay at home mom, but I do work on the internet and file faxes that get sent to my company office. One week a month I go into the office, with the kids. But anyway, here are some fun things to do. Make cookies and lay out a whole bunch of different thing to decorate with. Let her have a ball. Put some grahm crackers and chocolate squares in the oven and then top with warm marsmallow creme. Get some yarn and froot loops and make colorful jewlery. Cakes and cup cakes are good too. Have them make a colorful fruit salad and add sprinkles, cool whip, candy. Halloween recipes are fun too. Hollow out a mini pumpkin and then clean it. Fill it with pudding and a few drops of food coloring or just jello. then top it with whiped cream and halloween sprinkles. Have fun, I know Miachel, Bailey, Breanne, Derin, Kaila, My unborn baby boy and I do!

If you want to get by with something easy, then I recommend getting some of those ready made mixes that whip up quickly and can be microwaved.
These come in browines and other snack cakes and others do a terrific fudge.
Also, check out the recepies for Jello. I used to LOVE to layer different colors, or layering gelatine and pudding in colors.

Devil's Smiles
Makes about 16
Core and slice up a few red apples. Take a slice of apple, spread stawberry jam on it and then stick a row of mini marshmallows on top to make the teeth. Top with a second slice of apple. Great for little kids!
These are easy to make and have fruit in them!!

I think your hubby has serious problems! Who says boys can't wear make-up or dresses or anything else they choose. I think its wonderful that your boy wants to express himself in this way. As it usually is with kids, he'll soon grow tired of it and move on to something else. By your hubby telling that he must stop he's bringing in the idea that its dirty and wrong and he may now feel bad about himself & the fact that he likes to wear make-up. That is sooo out of order. You mention that your son has an older sister. I'm guessing that she & you both wear make-up and I'm guessing that your son spends most of his time with you and his sister. He has a lot of female influence there. Has he got any idea what being a boy is about? Does dad spend time with him doing 'boy' stuff? Just a thought...

How about Jello Jigglers or Knox Blocks. Get orange jello and green and mix a couple together to make black. After they have set she can cut them out with Halloween and fall cookie cutters. They are fun to play with too. Popcorn balls with food color. Rice crispy treats.

Let her make pumpkin shaped cookies. Then she could decorate them. Pillsbury (I think) makes pumpkin shaped dough -for sugar cookies and chocolate chip- that you just put in the oven and then there are black and orange frosting packets to decorate them. I saw an ad for them so I haven't tried them - yet. My four year old would love it too.

Let her smash bananas with yogurt and some granola. You can use a bowl and spoon or put it in a plastic bag and smash it by hand. It's fun and good to eat.
