I have constant pain in my lower abdominal area and the inside of my uterus high up which gets worse during my period but is excuriating every day. I've had a tumor and two cysts removed off of my fallopian tube and ovary. My last pap smear said I had severly abnormal pre-cancerous cells. I don't have much money and can't see a doctor and the hospitals can't figure out exactly what's wrong with me. Can anyone please tell me what is going on and how I can get help I can't take living in pain much longer. I would love to hear from anyone who also is living with these symptoms. Plus when I have intercourse with my husband if he enters all the way there is a spot that causes so much pain I have passed out. help please.

Apply for medicaid or the county should offer a Gold Card of sorts. Your local church or charity organization could help you sign up.

My best friend went through the same thing about this time last year, and in March, she had to have a complete hysterectomy. Turns out, her uterus was enlarged. Before that, she'd had uterine fibroids - but they responded to hormone therapy.

You need to see a gyno as soon as you can. Planned Parenthood *may* be able to help, too.

Check with medicaid and see what is available. You might have a tumor that needs to be operated on. Go
see a OB/GYN and make payment arrangements. The sooner the better. As for hubby, put him on hold until
you can get well. Being with him might be making matters worse. Ask the hospital if they have an OB/GYN available.
Some hospitals do take people with limited income and
will make payment arrangements. Good luck.

I am not a doctor, so this is not a diagnosis. I would call your doctor and/or OB/GYN to have them diagnose the problem. You can also visit your local health department. A lot of them have interns to help diagnose issues. They may be able to help you and/or get you into see a licensed professional at little or no charge.

From the symptoms that you are telling us, it sounds like endometirosis.

I truely hope that you get to feeling better.

if you pre cancerous cells the docs should be sending you for tests. try some kegal exercise and drink plenty of h2o and cranberry juice. i would get a second opinion from docs. i use to have pain like that and it was work related. standing lots and not going to bathroom often enough. maybe you might have back problems and that will affect your abdimon

Get on medicaid. This could get a lot more serious.
