It's easy to say go to the vet... If you can't afford it or they are too far away maybe the best thing to do is just make the cat comfortable. Keep it warm with a hot water bottle and towels. Try blending some meat into the tuna water so the cat gets some protein or find some liquid kitten food supplement at a store that sells pet supplies. It need vitamins of some kind.
Look up natural pet care for some ideas if money is an issue.
Good Luck.

Saying she has a cold doesnt really tell much. It could be a number of this, upper respirtory infection, a blockage, hairballs etc. I cant see her surviving on water and or tuna water for much longer. How old is your cat? Either way in the end she needs to seen by a vet for either some lab work or euthanasia.

Sounds like mange. LOTS of cats get that, especially during winter and fall.
I hate just saying this, but take her to a vet. We really can't help from here.

The only person who can help is a vet and you know it. If your cat is dying it deserves to be put out of its misery, or at the very least get pain relief. Why are you wasting your time telling us about it?

Take that cat to the vet right away. Have you called the vet and told them her symptoms? They may be able to tell you something that would help until you can get her in to be seen.

Please get her to a vet asap or you may lose her. If she is old then maybe it's just her time to go, but please find out what's wrong with her because it will always haunt you not knowing maybe you could of saved her life.
And knowing will put you at ease knowing you did everything you could do.

take her to the vet that is the only way to help her, don't wait do it now. If you can only find and emergency clinic then go. You will kill her if you don't do something soon so don't wait.

It is inhumane if you don't take her to the vet! If it were you someone would take you to the hospital. It isn't like she can go by herself. Take her!!!!
