A very dear friend of mine had cocaine show up in a test. She has not touched any drug other than cannibus in over 10 yrs.
What could mimic cocaine in a drug test?
I have heard poppy seeds, but she hasn't consumed any. She is so beside herself because we cannot imagine what it could be.
Any other suggestions are much appreciated...

Call a blood testing place and ask them, or the police. but to my knowledge there is nothing, now a popular joint is a judy-fly which is laced with coke, this might have happened. good luck.

There are certain teas from Bolivia made from the coca leafs they are not supposed to be imported to the US. The poppy seed thing is a myth- not the same as the opium poppy I believe the seeds come from the non narcotic corn poppy

My aunt had the same thing happen to her...With the amout that showed up in her blood my uncle would have noticed the money gone from the bank account...She was sick and had taken lots of cold med..Not to mintion she is addiced to that Afrin crap that you queese up your nose..Or was untill this happen to her..I would say have it done again and ask the ppl at the lab or police deparment..
Also it could of been laced..I had pot laced with coke once or twice...The ADHA med thing is true too..My daughter is on it and it's pretty much the same thing..

I was going to say what sab said... drugs like ritalin do work very similarly to cocaine.

amphetamines, methamphetamine are similar to cocaine
Drugs for ADHD are sometimes in a similar class (like ritalin)

the weed could had been LACED with Cocaine...
Thus, she was smoking coco puffs.
