Tuna right out of the can. Drain water and go to town! There is no fat value in tuna and you can even have a sweet pickle to add some flavor! Very filling.

I know porridge is quite good, or anything with a lot of fibre... pasta is good too... thats just from personal exp though - hope it helps!
