they are small little things that look like large chiclets. they come 2 in a pack thats clear plastic. they come with MREs. some say that they are laxatives but they are not.

it comes in a mre,( meal ready to eat) it kinda looks like chicklets, its in a small lil package and its not all that great, flavor is bad and goes away quick. my hubby said the cinnomon flvor takes like elastic,,,ewwy. if anyone offers it or a mre, say no thank you
