Put down the chips & cookies!
Just kidding...
The key is moderation. You can eat what you want, but you have to know when to stop. Have some level of self control!
And exercise regularly.
Good luck!

I just recently implemented a natural & healthy way that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life. I feel 100% better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist and I have lost 20 pounds (30 more to go) in only the last 26 days. What’s really incredible (honestly) is that I did not diet (that's no fun), eat special foods (that cost more money), skip meals (that causes stomach growls), or even exercise (I physically can't).

Start smoking and washing down diet pills with Red Bull... OK, that will work, but it will put you in an early grave. It's really just simple math: burn more calories than you are taking in. Try this:
-Eat less fat and sugar and drink more water (always order water and skip dessert).
-If possible, eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 larger ones (this is difficult, but will raise your metabolism).
-Do 20+ minutes of cardio before breakfast most mornings (anything that will raise your heart rate will do).
-Work out with weights at least 3 times a week.
-Get 6-8 hours of sleep every night (preferably 8).
-Start drinking green tea every day (recent scientific research suggests that green tea has potent fat-burning properties).
-Be consistent! Most people don't have the time or self-control to really lose weight and get into the shape they want. Good luck.

Cardio + Light weight training + Proper Diet = Goal
* Eat whole food
Top weight loss tips
Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine. Suggest eating veggies, fruits, and proteins. Stay away from junk food, fried food, and anything else that you feel is bad for you.
* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season. Also consume protein because both fruits and protein can fill you up and it makes your stomach seem like its full.
* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal. That means eat 5-6 meals a day instead of 3 huge meals a day.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity ( Cardio )
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.
*Weight training ( Light 5 to 10 lbs )
buy some dumbells that are 5-10 lbs and do some exercises with them. Search google: Dumbell exercises and you will see a bunch of useful links along with pictures and description on how to do it. When gaining weight but your doing everything correctly and see changes in your shape, that means you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so dont be alarmed when that happens. You can workout in front of the TV and watch your favorite episode of whatever and it will make time go by faster

Well I'm 17 years old and I used to weight 195, now I'm weighting 150 pounds. Just by esting healthy things like potatoes, yams, vegetables, salads, fruits, and juices. No bread, rice, sodas, pasta, pizzas and other things until you get the weight you desire. Then you can keep it off by eating things by not too much always keep an eye on the amount. I know it's gonna be hard but you can do it always think of the future. If you have any questions contact me. Hope this helps.

3 healthy meals a deal, no junk food, lots of water, exercise 4-5 times a week (lots of running/cardio). To keep it off keep active with exercise and while you may be able to get away eating more "junky" foods from time to time, control your eating habits or the weight will come back on much faster that you could ever imagine. NO diet pills or any of that crap they don't work I can promise you that. Those capsules are just filled with empty vitamins.

There are tons of diets and exercise tips. We all have them, yet so many are overweight. I can recomend that you brush your teeth often and use a strong toothpaste. The toothpaste feeling in my mouth helps me not to eat. I also drink lots of water, the water helps me to feel full and is good for my body. Good luck on your weight loss.

eat less always works in the long run ( you do need to combine with exercise to prevent the body from burning muscle - it stores fat for emergencies and will always keep it until your energy requirements exceed your calorie intake )
