Sometimes we have to ignore what people claim.
Science is not crazy because God made science and everything else. Physics, Biology, Sociology all made by God. Instead of proving the non-exsistance of God the scientists are only bringing us closer to the understanding of HOW God exsists.
The theory of the primordial puddle was stolen from Ahnis Book of the Dead, one of the oldest books in the world. This ancient Egyptian theory states that this puddle is how God created, not that nature created us. The answer is in your heart.

I've never really heard Creationists say science is "crazy." I've heard them express disagreement toward certain theories that are popular in the scientific community, such as the Theory of Evolution, but never have they said science is crazy. If discent is not allowed in the present society of scientific research, then maybe "science" needs a little reform.

Those Beliefs are God's doing and therefore ultimately infallibly true.
But if you read, It wasn't a literal snake, Mary wasn't inseminated by a ghost, The water didn't turn to wine magically Pharaohs magicians did the same thing using powder. the ark didn't have millions of animals. Elijah road a chariot into the sky, and demons, and angels are visible to some.

i think that it is a hilarious coincidence that as soon as mankind's knowledge progressed and was first able to look at science and historical events in an empirical way, all of a sudden god decided not to talk to man directly and perform miracles anymore

Creationist do not claim that science is crazy. Many Creationist are scientist. Many scientist that are not creationist are not evolutionist either.
