Its not jello, but plain gelatin that is supposed to be good for hair and nails.

Jello is used for the hardening of nails and not somuch in the growth of ur hair...the structure of ur hair depends on if its thick or not...the thicker the better and if u trim ur hair on a regular basis (like every 4 months and not before). Cutting your hair about 1 inch and no more...the best thing to do is to stay away from blow dryers, hot curling irons and hair dyes...which tend to give u split ends and damaged hair. The more the hair is kept well, the better it will grow. Like a plant. I have eaten a lot of corn and I see that my hair is growing well. But that's up to you to decide.

The best way to help hair grow is stimulating the scalp. Get some peppermint and rosemary essential oils and add a few drops to a cup of olive or jojoba oil. Then massage into your scalp (you'll get a nice tingly feeling). Leave in for an hour or overnight, then shampoo. Do this a few times a week. This will stimulate your scalp by increasing circulation and help hair to grow.

Jello...making hair grow? MYTH. Not true.

Time is the only thing that makes hair grow. If someone had some miracle thing to make hair grow, we wouldn't need extensions!

Not Jello, but its the gelatin in it. Biotin, and a vitamin B complex will help nails and hair grow.

yes, believe it or not gelatin makes your nail and your hair grow faster, if you don't like eating jello you can buy gelatin pills that work just as good. Also a little FYI living in subtropical climates also make your hair and nails grow faster.

Good Luck:)

yes, but be carefull, it also mass produces belly button lint.

so unless you're willing to start making new pillows out of belly button lint. dont do it.

also the color of the jello is the color your hair will be.
unless you try the new blueberry.
then you get green hair with yellow polkadots and purple stripes

No it won't. Geltin doesn't work either. There are vitamins and minerals that your body needs in order to help your nails and hair grow.
