I've never heard of a non believer being "possessed"...though wouldn't you think we'd be among some of the most vulnerable? Most "possessed" are believers... Possession and demons are not real, the Ouija is generally made by Parker Brothers or some other board game companies, so you decide if that sounds like anything but a toy...
I have an Ouija board we used to play with now and then... not a thing ever happened and it just about never made any sense. ; )

Absolutely not because there there is no such words as "excisms" or "weegie" boards.
Exorcisms and Ouija boards are a different matter.

Exrocisms are impossible, you cant force a ghost away you have to ask it politely, demons cannot take over a body unless they are born into the body.
Its Ouija boards, Pagans never touch those!! Ive heard some real horror stories by curious people that play with Ouija boards.

They are real to the people they are performed on and that is all that matters. I personally wouldn't mess with an Ouija board!

if someone believes they are possesed them i am sure that someone would believe a man of the cloth can take that away
is it real ? ... yes im sure they believe it is
do ouija boards work ? .... they are a piece of card , a toy nothing more ... can things happen ... sure they can because our mind is a powerful tool

I guess that question would have to be an opinion for some people. However I have heard of true/real happenings of personal people I know. So I would have to go with yes they are, and as for me..I wouldn't mess with it!*
