In my experience "her indoors" can do anything she bloody well chooses and there is very little you can do about it. Take my advice, fire them, it's an expensive operation but well worth the outlay. When done you can reclaim your home and have a damned good fart in your own living room without invoking some obscure clause from the Geneva Convention

I'm afraid so! They can do what they want these days. Oh for the old days when an Englishman's shed was sacrosanct. A refuge where he could drink cloudy ale and smoke his pipe.

Nowadays it's all fridge freezers and steam powered ironing boards. An absolute disgrace!

No Way!!!!!! Dont let her put the freeezer there...tell her a freezer belongs in the kitchen and not in your shed with your tools and porno magazines.

This happened to me a few years ago. I had to move my armchair, television, DVD player and everything, I was really pissed. I took the case to the European Court of Human Rights. I lost but it was only expected you see I"m a White Heterosexual Male and therefore in the eyes of society I have no rights whatsoever.

Im afraid so :( my last place of peace and quiet has been ruined by a huge hotpoint chest freezer...just where my new router table was going to go.

It is legal if it can be considered a work shop but if it is just a shed then no it is not legal.

Yes. I got a new one too and when I went to fill it up it aleady had a million kilos of groundbait in it! Apparantly if its in the shed it's HIS!
