I agree with 3-4 times a week. Be persistant and keep on track with a routine set for you. IF you want to try lifting weights and strength train. Or choose a favorite sport like basketball, and play one on one games with friends and relatives. Do want suits you these are always suggestions.

I do 40 min. cardio 3-5 days a week only 'cause I'm trying to loose weight but you're good with 30 min 3 times a week

monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday nites i jog for 20 to 30 mins., then do 15 mins of abs, 20 mins. of hip, thighs & buns, & 20 mins. of weights for shoulders & arms to workout videos - i also watch what i eat on those days - friday, saturday, sunday i party my butt off, but take a break from the workouts (sometimes will take a brisk walk on the weekends and do some abs if i have time). i hate to work out, but force myself to do it - it's worth it when i get compliments on how good i look & people cannot believe i have had 2 kids. you really gotta find the routine that works for you & gets the results you want & then stick with it - be patient also - it will take a little bit to see results.

And you should mix it up, so you can build both stamina and tone
