Software to edit mp3 files and save them as new ones?

Does anyone know of any software that lets you crop, speedup, mix mp3 files and then save them as new files?

download ulead-media-studio
its enough for all ur needs
when u install the software it automatically downloads
audio editor
u can edit mp3,wav,rm,ra,ram,wma files also
editing software is just Amazing
go to www.download.com and search 4 free version
or www.ulead.com
