It could be anything from flea bite dermatitis to hyperthyroidism to ringworm. It would be best to take kitty in for a checkup especially with the sneezing problem.

I agree with the first answerer...it could be an allergic reaction to laundry detergent you are using.
My 5 year old tabby has lost some of his fur near his tail but I am treating him for fleas...so the sneezing would not fit in with that.

If it is an outdoor cat it could have picked up Mange.
It could also be a sign of stress or over grooming himself.
Watch his grooming and see if he's doing it himself. Otherwise I would see a vet about the possibility of mange which is a skin irritation found mostly in wild animals and stray or outdoor pets.

Could have worms. Could be a million things... As for the sneezing I don't think that is associated.... my female cat does that all the time... I think she's just a dipstick and likes to roll in dirt and dust and put her nose where it doesn't belong.

Could be allergies. Have you used any new laundry detergent? What about the sprinkle on carpet deoderizer? (mine were allergic to that, lots of sneezing). Can you narrow down where he's sneezing?
