I was told by my doctor that I have this, and I was just wondering if anyone had anymore info on it. They want me to go in for additional testing, has anyone done this before? Will this effect having children in any way? So far I am mostly just showing Lung Trouble, and joint pain. Thank you!

The term, "Connective Tissue Disorder" could refer to autoimmune diseases, "mixed connective tissue disorder", or a structual disorder of connective tissue. I'm not going to guess, but attached some reading material. In your case, the first two are most likely. Best of luck.

There are so many diseases under this category that I can't begin to list them all. Here are a couple of ones that I can think of:
RSD - pain out of proportion with the injury at a place further along from the injury site.
Marfans - long fingers and toes, lung and heart trouble
Ehlers Danlos - elastic men and rubber women, skin disorder
Ankylosing Spondylitis - fibrous joints in the back get fused by bone
Fibromyositis Ossificans Progressiva - muscle and fascia are converted to bone.
You should go for additional testing to find out which one you have. That will tell more about whether you can have children.
