Yep, my friend gave me some. They are super tasty and cold. I loved them. It's not like they are boiled or processed so I think the nutrition is the same. They are delicious! Try bananas and oranges too. Especially on hot days.

Yes, I have. The nutritional value is the same and the freezing makes me eat them slower. I put them in yogurt too, to add that protein element...so it's not a straight shot of sugar...grapes are very high on the glycemic index...

MMMM, I love frozen grapes. I don't know that they are tastier. They seem to be sweeter and they last longer than the non-frozen version. I like to use them in place of ice cubes in my drinks. I don't know anything about how it affects their nutrition.

I don't know whether freezing them alters their composition or nutritional value. Yes, I have had them; they are delicious and can also be used as a nice way to serve an ice cold drink without having ice cubes melt and dilute the drink.

They're good, and I'm sure freezing does nothing to affect their nutritional value. I usually have mine refrigerated. There's something weird about grapes though...if I eat too many, they make my mouth dry.

they are great tasting frozen. try just a few in the freezer to see if you like them frozen. i doubt very much that you lose nutrients at all by freezing. put them frozen in fruit drinks - taste great. enjoy!
