Travelling to another spot is good because you are away from your regular regime and the stress associated with that. Getting there with the silly rules and time taken in security in the airports etc. adds to the stress.

some people with breathing problems go to a drier country like Arizona for their health some people who have arthritis like a dryer climate sometimes just a change from your everyday routine is good for your mental health sometimes travailing to a different country gives a person more perspective and more appreciative of their own life when they see how other people in other countries live leaving a country full of hostilities is good for your health
