I am quite a skinny guy, 125 lbs, 5'7. I eat triple whoppers every other day for lunch, and a big dinner after that. As you can tell, I have a very high metabolism. Even if I'm skinny, are triple whoppers bad for me?

Yes I'm trying to gain weight. I know there are "healthier ways" to gain weight but who are we kidding? Those ways are way too slow and get you maybe 2 lbs a month. Also, I am quite athletic and dont have any visible fat anywhere (I have a 6 pack) and I can burn 3~5 lbs from a few hours of swimming/cycling.

You might be able to get away with it if your cholesterol is naturally low with a good HDL/LDL split and there is no heart disease in your family. In no case are you doing your body any good with all that saturated fat.

Well, assuming you the just the burger (w/cheese and all toppings) you would have consumed 1230 calories (740 from fat), 82 grams of fat, 32g saturated fat, 3.5g trans fat, 275 mg cholesterol, 1590mg sodium, 52g carbs, 3g fiber, 11g sugar and 71g of protein.

Add a SMALL fries and a SMALL soft drink to that and your meal will top 1600 calories, 117 carbs, and 95 grams of fat.

You be the judge as to whether or not that is healthy.

As long as you burn off the calories you consume you are fine, fast food isn't actually bad for you, so many lazy people that only eat and don't exercise have given the fast food industry a bad name, from what I noticed most over-weight people don't over-eat, they just don't burn the calories they consume---I hope my truthful answer from experience as once being 300+ and now I'm 135 is proof enough for you to know that no food is bad for you.

by way of fact they like it! *lol* I, individually, consume extremely wholesome, and characteristic on no account had a "triple whopper".... yet, if somebody enjoys it, it would not worry me. :) it quite is not all that undesirable, if somebody eats quite wholesome to start with, and would not have a triple whopper 3 X an afternoon, on a daily basis. Now that could desire to clog some arteries............. *lol* notwithstanding it quite is a extensive volume of meals at one sitting, i do no longer think of i could desire to consume one, w/out feeling ill...

your stomach is still a certain size and to fill it too full is overeating....you can only hold so much...yes it will stretch but why would you want to do that?...you should eat until you are full - not when all the food is gone ...its a bad eating habit..are you eating it because you are truly hungry? or are you trying to gain weight?....if you want to add lbs and mass to your frame there are healthier ways to do it

ummmm let me think... YES! First, I have to say I can not imagine putting all that food in my stomach.. It makes it hurt just thinking about that. Now to answer your question.... No matter how skinny you are, it still contains WAY too much fat and cholesterol. Skinny people do die of heart attacks from cholesterol just like fat people do! Just remember that!

It would be more sensible to go to the doctor and have a check up..if he feels you should/could bulk up he can get you hooked with a fitness and dietitian to help you put on weight and muscle.

All you do with unhealthy food is doing damage to yourself in the future.

Yes, because eating too many of the Whoppers can raise your chloresterol level. You should also eat plenty of fruits and veggies and drink lots of H20.

Yes. Your health has nothing to do with your metabolism-well it does but not in the sense you are asking. I recommend you watch the movie Super Size Me!
