Christians claim validity in the bible because it was written long ago by multiple people with simliar stories, however if you show them pictures of ghosts they claim it invalid cause pictures can be faked. i guess my question is, how can they claim pictures taken from so many different people all to be fake, when the bible is valid because the same fact....?

The Bible is not proven valid because of that one fact alone. There is so much evidence out there for the Bible. That includes alot of external evidence (outside the Bible) too. I recommend The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel.

Josephus wrote about Jesus in The Antiquities, and in Testimonium Flavianum.
Tacitus, Pliny the Younger, Thallus (recorded by Julius Africanus) and more also wrote about Jesus in corroboration with what we have in the gospels.
Archaeology also confirms many things found in the Bible and has never contradicted anything in the Bible.
You can't deny those things. They are pure facts that are found outside the Bible.

Was Jesus a ghost when he removed the two ton stone from the tomb, overpowered the Roman guard, and came back from the dead? He said that he wasn't. Maybe the disciples should have taken a picture.

All of the "ghost" pictures that I have seen are caused by obvious double exposures or light leaking into the camera from the back because of a lose film loading door. I'm an amateur photographer, and I don't think that poor photography is proof of the supernatural; rather it is proof that people can't take pictures.

What ghost photos are you referring to? Can we see them?

So, all christians claim ghost pics are invalid, huh? Are all atheists ignorant? Just wondering how you like being bunched in with a bunch of other people you don't know. Christian beliefs vary from person to person, hopefully, atheists aren't all exactly alike either, or this world is much more boring than I ever imagined.

Did this actually happen or did you make up a scenario? Ghosts are mentioned multiple times in the Bible. Why would a Bible believer deny ghosts?

It would be nice if they added all the stories into the bible instead of some priest back in the day picking and choosing from them all. Souls without bodies (ghost) are real. I don't feel the need to argue that fact with anyone. I've seen them with my own eyes which is more than I can say about Jesus. Haven't seen him yet.

frankly i haven't noticed it...

& i might be a bit off...

but i have never known anyone who said that pictures of ghosts are invalid because pictures can be faked.
(although we must admit that any picture can be faked, anyway...)

if you have known such a person, have you asked them that question & what did they tell you?

& i do not see anything wrong with believing in ghosts, in spirits, in the Bible, in Christ... for everyone is entitled to their own belief system.

SOME ARE FAKE AND SOME ARE NOT, AS TO THE PHOTOS. THE BIBLE IS THE INSPIRED WORD OF GOD. SOME THINGS WE DONT FULLY UNDERSTAND NOW OR PERHAPS WE WILL WHEN ARE REAL LIVES BEGIN. PERSONALLY WHEN YOU WALK THRU THE GATES OF HEAVEN THAT MIGHT NO LONGER BE OF IMPORTANCE.

I think it's funny how christians laugh at the beliefs of other religions and they even laugh at SCIENCE but they think it's perfectly sane to believe in these things:

*talking snakes
*a ghost impregnating a woman
*a dead person rising up and floating through the air
*a parting sea
*water "magically" turning into wine
.....and the list goes on and on...

I am Christian and have no problem with the belief or existence of ghosts...although I think most photos of ghosts are suspect.
