It depends on your taste, with apples:
Just remember that Red and Golden Delicious are among the sweetest apples. Braeburn and Fuji apples are slightly tart, and Gravenstein, Pippin and Granny Smith apples are the most tart, but retain their texture best during cooking.
As to oranges, there are many that are great for juicing. Check the second link below for some, for example:

'fresh' juice- red delicious are the best in a juicer. They are sweet and juicy. Valencia oranges are sweet and good. You can not go wrong. Use the recipes that came with your juicer. Even if it sounds strange- try one. You will find the blended tastes are terrific. Look at the carrot mango drinks that sell so well in the store!
