a 16 month old baby should be getting plenty of water to drink along with milk and juice. The baby could have a bladder infection. I would just suggest this to your brother so maybe they could ask the doctor.

I am wondering why this 16 month old is drinking goats milk. Generally, a child should not have goats milk before age 5. Allergic reaction can be fatal.
The child could also be dehydrated.

A trip to the pediatrician should clear up any confusion... but the baby may need to have more water in his/her diet. This will help flush out any toxins that is making the urine "stinky."

goat milk is not good for children ,it is deficient in folic acid which leads to anemia .bad urine odour is a concern if it is associated with any abnormality in your brother's behavior, growth and development (by comparison to other children of the same age ).anyway, check up with the family physician is better .

if the child isn't in any pain and she has no allergic reaction to the milk and it's certified safe for human consumption ..then the child is probably just not getting enough water to drink......and the longer the urine is exposed to air the more it will smell ...it has no smell till it comes out and hits the air .

Strong urine is a sign of dehydration. Maybe giving the child some gatorade or baottled flavored water may help.
