Ok this is what i am going to follow, in the morning at about 8am i will readybreake cereal a medium bowl followed by glass of water.Then at 11am i will an apple or some other fruite. Then at 3-4pm i will have vegtables for dinner. Then maybe a full watermelon to my self! Would i lose weight? Like fat off my body gradually and not muscle?

Can anyone tell me a successfull diet in which you have lose a lot of fat??

You will probably lose weight, but you'll also feel like crap & you will certainly lose muscle mass. What is this thing of saying that you're only going to have 1 glass of water all day? Boy, that makes sense. Depending on how active you are, you need to drink at least 1/2 gallon per day (on training days I drink up to a solid gallon). You need to eat plenty of protein, approx 1g protein per every lb of bodyweight; space out your protein consumption evenly across 5-6 smaller meals during the day, i.e. if you weigh 180 lbs, shoot for 30g protein at each of 6 mini-meals. Eat fruit and/or veggies with at least 4 of these meals, preferably all of them though, especially veggies. Eat plenty of whole grains as well; taper your carb consumption thruout the day so that your morning meals are higher in carbs & your evening meals have no carbs other than those in your veggies. As for the question, "what do you think of this diet," the easy answer is, I think it sucks. It's unhealthy and REALLY not a good idea.

You will have diarrhea in about 3 days. You really need to add protein to your diet too, like a small portion of meat, or some almonds, etc. Also, don't ignore milk. Have a glass of milk each day. You will do better on a more balanced diet, and don't forget to add some kind of exercise, like walking around the block or something, to help keep muscles toned. Good luck with your diet.
