i really need 2 loose 2 pound for my x_mas party,its a big due and i need 2 look my best please help xxx thx

If you need to lose the 2 pounds temporarily you can just dehydrate yourself, (sauna etc).

However, the best way is by doing more exercise, and doing lots of different types, mix resistence with aerobic. Do about 45 minutes at least 5 days a week, and above all make sure that you're burning off more calories than you're eating. This may actually involve eating more than you actually are at the moment. Starving your body is counterproductive. Turn your body into a fat burning machine.

Above all, don't get stressed about it. Just enjoy making your body fitter.

You've got a while to go until Christmas.....

1. Start going to the gym...doing some CV and weights will shift the extra pounds.
2. After the gym go to the sauna and steam room.
3. Cut out snacks like chocolate, biscuits and crisps until your night out.
4. Eat a good breakfast EVERY morning...Preferably bran, fruit or natural yoghurt. It will give you energy and help you to stop snacking as you'll feel fuller for longer.
5. Do not eat after 7pm in the evening.
6. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins.
7. A quick way to get your 5 portions of fruit and veg is to make smoothies or juice them. Eat an apple a day...It is called the broom of the bowel and will help clear out some of the toxins that can cause bloating.
8. Eat a carbohydrate meal after exercise..Your body will burn of the calories in the meal for upto 2 hrs after exercising. Fat burns quicker if you fuel your body with carbs.


You'll loose the weight in no time.
I lost 11lbs in 2 weeks doing the above.

You can easily lose 2 pounds in one week, so that isnt tricky.

I am on my own diet and have lost 2 stone in 3 months.

Just aim for about 1000 calories intake a day, exercise if you can, although isnt absolutley needed. Drink lots of water, as quite often your food cravings are actually because the body is thirsty.

When choosing food, like at fat and calories, anything with fat >3g you should try and steer clear of.

It will take at least a week for your body to adapt to this, by the 2nd/3rd you will have easilly lost 2 pounds.

Go one week without touching any of the following: alcohol, potatoes, bread, pasta. Go for your normal servings of meat and veg - don't skimp, but don't take extra either. It's torture, but you'll drop 2-5 pounds in a week depending on your starting weight.
