no, they're a burden because they get pregnant at sixteen and spend the rest of their lives living off the state and knocking out kids like a pez dispenser--obviously I do not mean ALL women, but the ones I speak of are in the majority across this great nation

most women that work get better jobs and pay than men because of affirmative action, they also have better options for scholarships and education--you are no longer opressed, do shut up

Women have just as much opportunity as any man,if they are willing to work as hard as a man,and make the sacrifices men make everyday. You cannot however be expecting to take off more time than men because of kids, not be as aggressive in business as men and expect to advance as far or as fast. You are only worth to your employer what you do for them.

Us a burden? No way. Without us who would gather the food and prepare it? Who would wash the clothes and put them away? And do all this plus work 40 hours a week and take care of the kids. We are irreplaceable.

The laws of my country prohibit income based upon gender. If you pay a man one pay, you must pay a woman with equal experience and time in the company the same pay.
