Well have you been eating properly as well?...
Remember you can't just work out and still eat all that junk.
Even if your someone that likes McDonald's just try and eat a fish fillet or a bacon ranch chicken salad. Because it's hard to just cut off your favorite foods.... Then eventually stop eating the fast food and go to a grocery store and buy fresh fruits and veggies.
Running, Swimming and the treadmill are 3 of the best exercises.
While your working out you could drink a home made fruit drink or water.
You would need a blender.
Add water.
Any fruit with out the seeds or skin (apples, strawberries, cantaloupes, banana's, kiwi....and so on)
That's just a little booster. it gives you a fresh and real energy boost. With no artificial flavors and it's good so you don't dehydrate.
Hope my answer helps a little. So remember you have to eat healthy as well.

It has been said that there is no such thing as spot reduction. There are some excellent videos out there designed specifically for the abs. IT all boils down to smaller, healthier portions and physical exercise, 3 times a week or so, approx. 30 minutes.
Leg raises are good, side obliques, sit ups too.
Good luck.

The healthiest way to prevent a fat stomach is by ensuring that your weight is normal for your height. You can reduce belly fat by doing activities like walking swimming and rowing. Such activities help in supplying enough oxygen to the body to burn fat.More info at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

actually there is no proven exercise to rid the body of just your belly fat. what you need to do is diet and it will shrink away. all exercise does is gain and tone muscle underneath the fat

Do sit-ups, they help to build up 'six-packs'.Or in your case, lower your belly fat, and be careful not to eat to much 'fast food'.
