Yes, the sea has an end, with a big chain link fence and a sign that reads, "No tress passing. All violators will be prosecuted, forced to eat at McDonald's, and then tortured to death at the Catherine wheel. Have a nice day!" There are some questions that really are pointless to ask...

It stops at the place where you fall off the edge of the world, there's a big waterfall. I don't know whats at the bottom, because its such a long way down and you would be dead by the time you reached the bottom, unless you took a parachute, but you still couldn't tell anyone because how would you get back up again?
