First let's define the meaning of "fruit juice":

Fruit juice is the extracted juice of fruit, which has not been concentrated.

Fruit juice from concentrate is juice which has been concentrated
( dehydrated - water removed, and chilled ) and returned to its original state by the addition of water. ( defrosting and re hydrating ).

P.S.
Draw backs - fruit juice and fruit juice from concentrate: up to 15 g of sugar per litter may be added for regulating acidic taste.

Any fruit juice which is not fresh squeezed - pressed, at the time of use, does not have live enzymes, and vitamins.

You know those frozen cans of "juice concentrate" you get in the frozen section of the grocery store? You add 3 cans of water, and viola! It's juice.
They basically take a good portion of the water out of the juice by evaporation, then freeze or otherwise package it. Then you add water to make it regular juice.

concentrate means that the juice doesn't have any real fruits.they make a concentrate flavor that makes it taste like a fruit or else it would say natural lemonade or what ever

You have the concentrate and you add water to it to make the juice. It is very thick usually until you add the water so you probably wouldn't want to drink it.
