All I can think of is a payday. But the wrapper is not clear, it's white. Try Wal-Mart...

Chaos seems to be the only correct one here lol. Nutty's were my favourite bar! It consisted of fudge covered in peanuts, no chocolate, no biscuit or anything else. And yes it was in a clear brown wrapper and they were wonderful!!!!

You could try Mr Tom Peanut bars... they may be a good substitute. They are in yellow and red packaging and most newsagents have them :-)

Oh my god!! I asked my daughter that questin the other day. I used to love them. She told me you can still get them at a specialist sweet shop in Margate Kent England, on the seafront, but I haven't seen it for myself. If you get one please tell me.

you cannot get them any more because my brother ate them all back in the early 90s.
