if u want to download movies u will need to use either p2p like limewire or a torrent site.

type into Google free "jpeg movie downloads" you will get loads of sites

i think you mean a gif. which is sometimes a (moving picture) but there is no such thing as a jpeg movie. but as for the gif you can just search that on google and get some
