IS watermelon fattening? ??? Tell me something if you did a low calorie diet with little protein would you lose your muscle aswell as fat?

Ok this is what i am going to follow, in the morning at about 8am i will readybreake cereal a medium bowl followed by glass of water.Then at 11am i will an apple or some other fruite. Then at 3-4pm i will have vegtables for dinner. Then maybe a full watermelon to my self! Would i lose weight? Like fat off my body gradually and not muscle?
