I lost someone who I thought was the "one" but it just didn't work. But it's been so long since I've dated anyone else and I don't know how to mingle anymore. What should I do or say to someone I think I would like to get to know?

you just got to do it. my last boyfriend worked at home depot. i was there shopping with my 6 yr old son and i saw him and was like i like him. he helped me find what i was looking for. i went to his lane to check out and asked for his number. we were together and it ended, but before that i didnt know how to approach a guy, that day i just did it.

you can do it....good luck. confidence is the key!!!

i been through alot with guys havent let it keep me down. broken heart, hurt feelings, embarassment, lies, cheating, but i havent been married. so i havent been divorced.

Don't think about what to tell. If the person is write, just be yourself and let the words go out from you without censuring. If the two persons are compatible they have even the same kind of humor. And don't be afraid because if you are than you are not going to fly any more on the wings of love.

Personality wise: Be yourself. Be nice. Listen and show genuine interest but don't be too aggressive.

Physically: Just try to look your best.

you've become more quiet after that, and that's not unattractive, you are feeling usecure and must get over it quick, try to make guys like you acting naturally and work on your sense of humour
