When Pope kissed the Islamic Quran, I thinks that Catholics and Muslims worship the same God.It's a nice feeling.
There is no difference between Catholics and Muslems but, Allah is not the same God of the Bible.
Yet many religious leaders today, including the pope, claim that the god of Islam is the God of the Bible.
The Pope is in direct disobedience to God's Word.
"Do not be bound together with unbelievers for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14:
Why wouldn't the pope kissed the Islamic Quran after all he's supposed to be the leader of our pagan Church.
What do you think?

I'm no expert on Muslim theology but the Muslims don't believe Jesus was never crucified to begin with and should we expect any more from Hamas?

Second "son of perdition" (another Judas) who must be revealed in the "last days" prior to our Lord's Second Coming. Thessalonians 2:1-4

"Second" son of perdition prior to Christ's return reveal himself in the same way that Judas, the first son of perdition, betrayed our Lord with a kiss.

The pope's actions notwithstanding, Catholics and Muslims do NOT worship the same God. The God of the Bible is not the God of the Q'uran. The God of the Bible in triune in nature, one God existing in three Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Jesus is God the Son, the second person of the Trinity. The Q'uran does not teach that God's nature is triune nor that Jesus is deity. So to answer your question, no, the Muslim God and the Catholic God are not the same.

Just who was it who determined that "the Pope is in disobedience to God's Word". The truth is, that none of us mere mortals could ever presume to know what God really wants. The fact that different religions describe God differently does not mean that they don't ultimately worship the same Being. It just means that we humans, half-blind as we all are, cannot grasp the full Truth of Him all at once, and so different religions telling different parts of that "story" were born. This "we're RIGHT and you're WRONG" thinking leads to "it's US versus YOU" thinking and all of the religious hatred we see in the world.

There is not a God for every religion. There is ONE God who reigns over the guided and misguided. Whoever worships God, worships the same God. There comes problems when people make associations with God (son of God, or demigods etc.) Peace. God bless. May we all be guided.

The Catholic Church teaches:
The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day.
With love in Christ.

If the world is one, and if it has a God that that rules it, the God has to be just one. Or the two have to be in perfect agreement with each other. The God of Christians and the God of Muslims have to be eiither the same with two different names, or if they are two different individuals they have to be in perfect agreement with each other.

What do I think?... you asked... so here are my Thoughts...In My Opinion(IMO)
IMO... There is no allah... so he is not... IMO... the god of Abraham... islam has absolutly nothing... IMO... to do with The One True God of Abraham
IMO... islam is the greatest evil faceing the world today.
IMO... The pope, and the RCs ingeneral, may think they are of The True Christian Faith... they are not
IMO... IF the pope did kiss the korny'ann( I do not personaly know that he did) it would be clear further proof that he is not of The True Christian Faith.

The way I look at it is anyone who has faith in deity has faith in the same "thing" for lack of a better term, they just are each "looking" at Him/Her/It/Them from a different angle and seeing a different "face," so to speak, of the same "thing." Thus, Allah is God is Zeus is Isis is Thor is Venus is Bob if you want to call Him/Her/It/Them that even. Everyone just has their own way of believing, but so long as a way works for at least one person, then every way is the right way to believe.
