Excercise and concentrate on your waist. Twisting back & maybe even using a hula-hoop to make it fun.

I am in almost exactly the same position - 5'4", 122lbs, about a 27 inch waist and struggling to get down to 25 or 26. The key I've found that has helped me with the last couple pounds I've lost (and kept off) has been exercise. I don't know how much exercise you're doing, but kick it up a notch. Not only will it make you feel better, but it should help trim off that extra inch pretty quickly and the muscle you gain will help you burn more calories all the time so food doesn't have to be such a constant preoccupation.

forget it, you are not overweight.
you do not need to diet.
but you should be about a size 10.
i never heard of a size 26 or 27 for a eprson so thin.
you will probably always have to manage it.
try the cabbage soup diet. it works really great.
also another thing (i lost 80 lbs doing this)
is just eat less. Like if you normally eat 10 potato chips, just eat 3.
If you usually have 3 eggs, just eat one.
If you normally eat 3 slices of pizza, just have half a slice.
it works great. eat 20-30% of what you have been eating
and you will lose a lb a week.

I doubt you look that fat now in case you weigh one hundred twenty five lbs. remember fat would not weigh almost as much as muscle so ten kilos of fat can flow a protracted way. i might say ten kilos on somebody 5'0 tall is going to be noticeable, how noticeable relies upon on lots of issues like the place you lose it from, how lots muscle you have, and you're standard build.

You are already more than thin enough. You don't need to lose weight and your waist size is perfectly fine. If you tone up and work out, you'll probably lose an inch of your wasist anyway, but you don't need to lose weight per se. HTH : )

Keep your diet as you normally do, and try doing crunches and simple exercise to get your heart rate going. Little changes yield the best results and don't mess up your body.

work out...with free weights! working out is great for 2 reasons...
1) you increase muscle mass- (high rep/low weight won't result in huge muscles). anyways, more muscle means your body will burn more calories to maintain them. so your metabolism will naturally be higher.
2) it's just as good as doing cardio since weight lifting is very intense. your heart rate can get just as high as if you were running. so it also does wonders for your metabolism.
if you workout regularly, then eating unhealthy once in awhile won't affect you that much.
