Yes, you would lose weight but, you don't have any protein in this diet or very little protein. To keep some muscle on those bones you would need to add some protein from some sort of meat or eggs, fish, peanut butter etc. Lose the watermellon too. You don't need all that sugar. I would add some chicken breast to you lunch that way you get some protein and grilled chicken breast is pretty lean. I hope this helps. Take care and get your protein in.

Yes, I'm sure that you would loose weight on this diet but i'm not sure it's all that healthy. When dieting you are supposed to eat 5 to 6 times a day just smaller meals. Doesn't seem like you are eating that much at all. I know of a great way to loose weight that is healthy, the Subway diet. My ex boyfriend ate 2 6' inches a day (turkey) and he lost over 100 lbs in about 6 months. Just an idea.

Your body is going to need protein. Protein-rich foods, like tuna, are a must. I suggest scrambling two egg whites with a slice of light whole wheat toast. For lunch, have a salad with tuna or lean grilled chicken and fat free dressing. For dinner, do the vegetable thing with fish, boca burger, or grilled chicken. NO CONDIMENTS!
