You answer your own question.The student Visa was given to you to study your performance was not good enough.The excuses are pathetic and suggest you have been spending too much time with your love life.What do you really expect and a Lawyer wont alter the situation for you.You can still get married but not in the UK and maybe you could live in your own country Ahhhhh.

No, you have to wait until the result of the appeal is in.
Perhaps you should have applied before it ran out, like you will have been told when it was first granted. Overstaying a previous visa is grounds to refuse another, so don't be surprised if it is refused again. If this happens you will have to leave.

No you won't be able to make a fresh application, but it could take a while before your appeal goes to court. The chances are that you may have to return to your country of origin, to re-apply for entry clearance to return to Britain. Good luck for the future.
