i'm sorry to tell u that, but ع is among some arabic letters that cant be pronounced by non-arabs.
it is a scientific fact, so dont waste ur time (i mean it in a good sense)

its impossible to answer your question by a written answer. You must have the sound pronounced in your presence as part of a full word.
The word "arabic" starts with this sound,in the first letter "a" in that word.
