*Hemorrhoids* are a buldging of the veins and arteries around the anus. The first signs of hemorrhoids are pain and itching. When palpating (touching) the anus, you would feel bumps near the opening. You may experience bleeding and pain during a bowel movement. If you suspect you're starting to get hemorrhoids, you should start placing ice packs on them right away. This will drastically reduce the swelling. You can also try products like Preparation H, but Ice is much faster and provides better results. If you let the hemorrhoids stay there, the skin and veins will eventually get stretched and may never go away without having them surgically removed. Hemorrhoids are usually caused by constipation (hard, dry stool), straining during bowel movements, and sitting on the toilet for long periods of time.

Hemorrhoids is when an acumulation of vains in or around the rectum. A strim of blood will pour if any sudden movement is done. Sharp anal pains will come when you go and usually do the regular type of excrement ( the real word is too long), as well when you're sitting down. Do not eat anything taht might affect your stomach for 20% of the diarea will be fresh blood

It's hemorrhoids and the question doesn't belong in Infectious Diseases. Most people over a certain age have them and most aren't affected by them. So unless you have frequent rectal itching and/or pain, a small amount of fresh blood in your stool, or if the hemorrhoid is external and you can visualize and/or palpate it, or you have a doctor look, you will not know.

trust me if you have hemorrhoid's you will know it. this is disgusting, but you will have small "grape like" pieces at the edge of your butt hole. They may or may not be itchy and you may or may not have had some blood after having a bowel movement. Get some preparation H and apply it to the area. This usually helps but if you keep getting them and they don't go back in it will be time to see a doctor and possible surgery. keep a check on it
