But if the pedophile wants to be washed in the blood of Jesus, and believes that the blood of Jesus will cure him or her, then, yes, God can cure pedophilia by washing the willing sinner in the blood of his Son.

Jesus' shed blood covers sin. If you're asking, can a pedophile be changed by accepting Christ, the answer is most definitely YES. They need to repent and ask forgiveness.

i imagine God can and does heal human beings in all kinds of techniques. some situations he chooses now to not heal although. Jesus further Lazerus decrease back to existence after he became useless for 3 days, genuinely he can heal a psychological ailment.

He has the power to do it. So, no matter what is your sin, or mental problem, Jesus paid for it at the cross, and you know what? He didn't classified who will be saved or not.
